Delete your account
You can delete your Kept account and all your data whenever you want.
From the app or the website
- Sign in at keptmine.com or in the Kept app with your account.
- Open Account and tap «Delete account».
- Confirm with «Delete permanently». Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
If you can't sign in
Write to me at ciao@keptmine.com from your account's email address, with the subject «Account deletion». I delete the account and the data within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, your identities and the images you uploaded.
- Your whole story with Dorian: messages and relationship state.
- The requests and reports you sent.
- Only what the law requires me to keep remains, such as tax records of store payouts. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Do you have a subscription?
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought on the App Store or Google Play: the store keeps charging it. Cancel it first from your phone's settings.
